If you're here then you've probably followed the link on my profile on FanFiction.Net, and therefore no introduction is needed, but I shall introduce myself anyway. I'm a teenage fanfiction author who gets plot bunnies all too easily and therefore ends up with 50 Works in Progress and a handful of challenges (which I normally end up writing my own version of anyway). Most of my fanfictions and challenges are of the Harry Potter variety, but I do have interest in quite a few other fandoms and so a story or challenge from Doctor Who or Artemis Fowl may rear its head from time to time. My favourite Harry Potter characters (besides Harry, obviously) are Albus Dumbledore (Books 1-5, no further), Minerva McGonagall, Severus Snape, Poppy Pomfrey, and the rest of the Golden Trio. My main "ships" are Albus/Minerva, Harry/Ron, Severus/Lily and Aberforth/Poppy but I do have a long list of others I'm fond of. These pages are about the challenges only, and links to responses I'm aware of (I do ask people to let me know if they're writing one or planning to write one, but whether they always do or not I don't know). Please, please email me if you would like to take up a challenge. More than one person can take up the same challenge - what would the Harry Potter fandom be like if only one person answered Severitus' Challenge? NOTE: This may be just me being too big a fan of good Severituses, but after watching the first Alex Rider film Stormbreaker I had this itching to set a Severitus-style challenge for the fandom, except using Alex and Yassen. (Yassen and Ian even looked a bit alike in the film, did anyone notice?) However, so far I have only managed to read the Stormbreaker book, not the others in the series and certainly not the new one, and don't want to officially set the challenge until I'm as familiar with the series as I can be. If the idea behind the challenge actually turns out to be canon (not likely, but not impossible from my point of view), I will be very pleased I actually got something right about a new book*. *Most of my carefully planned and researched predictions for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows turned out to be wrong, so I have lost a bit of confidence in that area.
